Our practice is committed to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality dental care. We understand that you, or your child, may feel anxious about visiting the dentist. We are sensitive to your needs, and it is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our practice while providing the best care possible. Bring your smile but also don't forget these:
Your completed patient information form: On your 1st visit, patients need to fill out 4-5 forms all of which are available on the website. To ensure you are better prepared for you appointment we encourage our patients to fill the forms and get them to your appointment. Or you can email them to us at Alamodentalexcellence@gmail.com. This we considerably reduce your check in time.
Your insurance card: Having Medical and Dental insurance and keep track of all the numbers associated with them could be overwhelming. Leave that to us. Just make sure you carry your insurance card. If you are not sure which one is Dental. Get both and we will figure it out for you.
EXAM
If you have never been to us before, then we would like to welcome you to our office and reassure you that you have made an excellent choice.We always book your initial appointment with the dentist, and allow enough time so we can really listen to you and find out what you need and what you want. Only by doing this can we be in a position to make recommendations that are in your best interest.What is right for one patient is not right for another and we spend the time finding out what is right for you.
Our new patient dental exam takes about 45 minutes. This includes a diabetes test, oral cancer screen, gum checks, a smile analysis and a written treatment plan. This also includes any necessary x-ray pictures or photographs.

Our highly experience front staff will assist you in making sure that we maximize your insurance benefits and create a payment plan customized to your situation. We offer 0% APR on all major dental procedures up to 6 months. So you can focus on your health without worrying about how to pay for it.
